"Not clean, Internet is not secure, No breakfast, Every where smoke smell, too noise disturbance No water in the room for drinking, no coffee machine in the room. Too costly for such a terrible hotel, I wouldn't recommend."

" We booked this property through Airbnb to arrive on Saturday February 26, 2022. We were driving to Houston (3.5 hours from us) for the flight early Saturday morning. Friday morning I check my email only to find out this place cancelled my booking due to "flooding". I was very suspicious of this reason. There were bad reviews all over for this place but it was the only thing I could find on Miami Beach for our trip. I tried emailing the hotel through Airbnb with no response. I tried calling but no answer. We I was left with a very few short hours to find another hotel. I could not find anything in South Beach and had to stay in Ft. Lauderdale. The day we arrived at the Miami Airport (Saturday) I drove straight to the hotel and walked through the entire property and there was NO water damage or work or closed off areas. It was business as usual. I guess it was a blessing we didn't stay there due to all the horrible reviews. However, this place left me stressed to the max with their lies. I did not head the warning of other reviews but please DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY!! I did file a complaint with Airbnb and will file with the BBB. "

" OK i needed a place to stay course they was doing work in my apt.so me and my daughter wanted to stay in a room. till they call me then i go back to my apt. anyway when i got to the hotel i when up to the clerk i show him my ID he ask me for a $20 dollars deposit which i did not know.so he gave me the key to the room.so he told me was on the 5th floor. when i saw all those stair i was like holy me and my daughter got very tired from those long stair. My daughter open the room door.I couldnt believe it.the door could not open course the one bed was blocking door. i ask for two bed was one. there was No sheet there was hair over pillow....WE Ran back down stair..i gave the clerk back key. he gave me back 20 dollars deposit.but he could not give me the money i paid for the hotel.i didnt care i wanted to get OUT from that hell hole.!! "

" This hotel was horrible, gang members, people selling drugs like 10 people in a row ,someone at the Chinese restraunt followed ous home and then come to find out he lives there to , at night people fighting and screeching tires ,and the rooms my wife got ringworm all over her body this place is the worst of the worst change my mind of vegas all together "

" This was the worst hotel I think I’ve ever stayed in! It was run down and raggedy. The tv didn’t work it was fuzzy and channels would not change so we couldn’t watch it the lady at the front desk said she didn’t know what to do about it. The bathroom had a huge hole in the wall where the Tp holder was ripped off and it was setting on the sink. Had 2 towels no rags.. the little shelf where you could hang clothes was covered in dust. There was old popcorn in the microwave. The guy at the front desk stayed on his cell phone and outside smoking the entire time we were there. Our door did not lock the deadbolt didn’t latch. It was just an all around disappointment "

" ❌First and last time I stay in these hotels, we came down for a funeral and decide to stay in this hotel after our last day of staying here our family dropped us off and we left our car at the hotel because why couldn’t we? We get to the hotel and see we have a slashed tire then we look around the car and see that the under of the car many parts were stolen
We researched everything and called dealerships the total for this would be $10,000 which is insane we just lost a loved one and this is the last thing we want to deal with please DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL it is the worst hotel ever, we called the manager and told him if he could give us a solution he yelled and said it’s public parking he then hung up on us, the doors aren’t even locked ANYONE can come inside this hotel please save yourself this headache and find something else LISTEN TO REVIEWS THIS HOTEL HAS 1 STAR for a reason❌ Yes the sign is there but the doors are NEVER locked "
